Redbay Boats are seeking to recruit a number of staff to join the production team at their busy workshops in  Cushendall, Co. Antrim. The company has been building and exporting  its range of Stormforce RIB’s throughout the world for the past 40 years and is widely recognised as an innovator and industry leader. Currently we have a range that extends from 6.0 to 16.50 metres used by professionals in the commercial sector  and recreational boaters alike.

Do you have experience in any of the following ? – general assembly, welding, electrics, engines, laminating or spray painting.

Relevant industry experience is not essential.

As a production operative you will work as part of an effective team, building the range of market leading Stormforce RIB boats.

You will be required to comply with all company policies and H&S practices.

You will promote and display positive behaviours and attitudes in relation to work, organisation and housekeeping.

You will adhere to timekeeping and attendance policies.
