Redbay Boats deliver the 50th Stormforce 11, see us at SEAWORK 2008

ASHLIN

ASHLIN was commissioned by Mr Dennis McGall of DAWSON WAM. DAWSON WAM are a belfast based comapny speciallising in river, marine and civil contracts. The boat is intended to assist with the company’s surveying, safety boat and personnel carrying activities.

It is a very special boat for Redbay Boats as it marks the 50th production built Stormforce 11 and it is a significant milestone for us. We could never have imagined that when we built the first 11 metre boat back in 2001 we would reach the 50 mark within such a short period of time. It demonstrates to us the popularity and versatility of this model to meet the varying demands of our customers, both pleasure and commercial.

The boat can be seen at the SEWORK Internataional show in Southmapton this week. the stand will be manned by Tom Mc Laughlin and Stephen Ferres and they would be delighted to see you there.

The specification includes:

  • 2 x ME432 STI (285 Hp) Yamaha Stern-drives with TRP
  • Galley with Fridge
  • Standing Toilet compartment
  • Raymarine E-Series Navigation
  • Raymarine ST6001 Autopilot system
  • 4 x KAB suspension seats
  • MGN280 safety spec
  • Automatic anchor windlass system

ASHLIN bound for Southampton on Saturday afternoon

Sea-trialls in Redbay

Redbay Boats would like to wish Dennis and his team all the best with the new boat.
