28 Oct Latest Stormforce 11 Launch
Monday saw the launch of the latest Stormforce 11 Cabin RIB ‘Lima‘. This RIB is destined for the remote island of St Helena which is located some 1200 miles from the coast of Angola, where it will assist the Fire & Rescue Department on the island.
The striking orange colour scheme and the high-visibility cabin stripes certainly make this RIB hard to miss! Lima is fitted with twin Yamaha ME422’s with TRP sterndrives, Garmin 5012 touchscreen chartplotter with Radar, a standing toilet cubicle, lifting eyes, and seating for 10 crew.
Lima will hopefully be loaded aboard a ship sometime next month to begin the trip to her new home.
