27 Apr 11m Marine Harvest
Glorious day for another Stormforce 11m to be launched, this one destined for the Isle Of Rhum for Marine harvest which will act as support vessel for their salmon fishing. What sets this boat apart from any other 11m is its Ocean 3 solid foam fenders, which are tougher and longer lasting compared to normal hypalon tubes making them perfect for any work boat. It features Yanmar 8LV 320 inboard diesel engines coupled to the ZT370 sterndrives.
Its simplistic interior arrangement with two long bench seats and four Grammer Avento Air Suspension seats makes it very spacious. Further forward on the console a large Garmin 7412 touchscreen GPS which is linked to two Iris Cameras in the engine bay and on the back deck. More Garmin electronics can be seen in the form of two VHF100i and a second GPS, the Garmin 922 as back up.
