Background Based on our existing Stormforce 8.4 Standard hull, the Cabin version adds a forward cabin complete with lockable back door. Well suited to a variety of applications, including diving, survey, patrol or general use. Hullform The 8.4 is based on the classic Redbay design of a deep V prismatic hullform, combined with spray rails for additional lift. This combination gives exceptional ride and comfort in rough conditions without compromising the performance of the hull. The hull is manufactured from GRP. Configuration The Cabin version can be powered by Diesel Sterndrives or outboards. The layout of the cabin allows for some customisation, though typically includes bench side seating, steering console and a helm seat. Deck layout is as required by the customer.
