The Full GRP Cabin
is the hallmark of the range, and is developed for the serious leisure
and commerical operator. The cabin has allowed the Stormforce 11 to venture
further offshore in complete safety and protection. The cabin is fitted
with toughened marine grade glass, and features wide side decks for access
to the bow deck.
All Cabin versions
feature twin berths and a toilet in the bow. There is the usual space
on the dash for placement of electronics, and some users also opt to place
some of their equipment on the cabin roof. The layout of the seating is
very much up to the requirements of the owner; some are built with Scotia
Comfort seats, some are built with KAB suspension seats and wrap around
benches aft.
There are several slight different versions of the Cabin version:
- Full cabin with cockpit aft (between cabin and engine bay). This can
also allow us to place additional seating on the engine lid if required.
- Full cabin with flush aft deck. This is fast becoming a popular configuration.
The flush aft deck prevents swamping of the cockpit in rough seas, and
also reduces means the vessel is totally self draining. The aft deck
is large enough to enjoy a family picnic, and shelter is provided by
the cabin
- Shortened Cabin. This is a good choice for commerical users who require
extra deck space aft. Normally, this version is shortened to still allow
spacious placement of four KAB suspension seats in the cabin
