ZF45 Down angle gear boxes to HJ213 Jets. Specification speed
was 30knots and 31.5 was achieved. The craft has been built to

The
RIB has 22" diameter tubes, with Double Heavy Duty D fendering,
lifelines, Treadmaster antiwear patches and a non slip deck. The
RIB is also equipped with various liferafts and other lifesaving
equipment. A hydraulic trailer was specially designed and developed
for this project so that the specific needs of the Airport was
addressed. The trailer can be hydraulically lowered to aid launching
off a beach. The boat is launched bow first and is held in place
by special ropes until there is enough water. The boat has been
described as being quite unique as most boats of this size only
have single engines & jets.
