Shannick Of Islay

Existing Redbay customer, Nicol McKinnon, has just taken delivery of his newest Redbay Stormforce 11, Shannick of Islay. Nicol runs a successful Sea Safari business, www.islayseasfari.co.uk, offering trips to various Scottish Isles. Nicol previously had another 11m, fitted with twin Yamaha 300hp Outboards and the original Wrap Around Console. For the new boat, Nicol has decided to go for the standard 'Sea Safari' model, fitted with twin sterndrives.

Shannick is based on the successful and well proven Wrap Around console design with removable canopy. This lets Shannick operate with less inconvenience caused by foul weather, and ensures that passengers are kept warm and dry. Individual high back seats with integral harnesses further ensure that customers are given maximum comfort and a good sense of safety and security on board.

The RIB has been MCA coded to MGN280, and power comes from twin Yamaha diesel sterndrives, ensuring the RIB is economical and reliable. The RIB has been fitted with:
