RIBFISHER, Stromforce 6.1 Fastfisher

RIBFISHER is the first Fastfisher RIBs built on a 6.1 hull. As the name suggests, RIBFISHER has been designed and built to meet the needs of a 6 metre fishing RIB.

Owner, Mike Thornton, originally asked for a fishing RIB, but the overall length was constrained due to beach launching restrictions.

RIBFISHER is fitted with a large cabin, fitted two full swivel seats, and a side mounted helm console. There is also an additional seat forward and an anchor locker, with storage space underneath. Aft, the RIB has been left totally clear to maximise space as a fishing platform.

The RIB has been fitted with a 140hp Suzuki 4-stroke outboard, with an internal stainless steel fuel tank. RIBFISHER is also the first Stormforce 6.1 to have the improved bow design developed from the Stormforce 650.
