Congratulations on the new website – extremely professional and well laid out.
Enjoyed the article in the current edition of RIB International – every impressive front cover – nice one Brian.
Unfortunately I cannot make the cruise on the 10th April due to the NI RYA Instructor conference – pity as I am just finishing an major overhaul of my trailer – have trailer will travel!!!!
    Regards
    Joe

Unfortunately the RYA Instructors conference will have to wait as i am looking forward to getting the new boat out with my friends and experience the west coast of Scotland.

Guys it is great to see so much interest.
My hope was that by setting up a cruising club we will all be able to get together to use and enjoy our boats to their full potential. My intention is to visit interesting places off the beaten track, explore remote landing spots and generally cover new ground. Although the first planned trip is to Gigha we will circumnavigate the island exploring the bays and landing spots on the remote west side before calling into Ardminish Bay for a bite of lunch.

The other planned one day cruises will take place on May 1st, September 4th and October 9th, I also plan to run a 4-day cruise to the Outer Hebridies from the 19th -22nd of August.
Please subscribe on the homepage as the cruising calendar will be e-mailed out shortly.

    Tom.

The cruise sounds great and I will try to make the trip with at least one crew. Great new web-site congratulations! John Taggart

  9. Iain Reid says:

Gigha has a running and cycling event on the day of the cruise so the island should be quite busy. Entry forms are on the Gigha website if anyone wants to add another dimension to the Gigha cruise!!

Will see you on Gigha that day but unfortunately I will be travelling there on four wheels.

  10. Tom, Gary & Team hi.
I must be the rudest man in IRELAND that i did not contact you earlier than this, I am most greatfull for what you both did for me last summer when i had the boat down in galway for the round ireland race, after what i did to my boat i could not believe the way that you delt with the situation and got me out of a very sticky mess.
I Had a lot of people down in galway for the weekend and myself and Joe had traveled around from Cushendall over 2 amazing days, the boat never missed a beat and went really well, i kept it in Roundstone for about 8 weeks and traveled down from Dublin every 3rd weekend and had it as well for my 3 weeks annual hollidays.
In the harbour in Roundstone there are 20 ribs including 3 0r 4 redbay 6.5mtr, there are also several other good brands but nothing to touch our Redbay, i clocked up a total of 60 hours in the RIB in the 8 week period, and a funny thing happoned.
On our trips, more people were looking to come on Whats wild for a spin as time went on, all were well impressed especially with the handling and fuel consumption.
The new website is growing on me and i wish you well with it, we are planning a trip this summer to travel to as meny islands as possable on the west coast of IRELAND in 7 days sometime in June, details will be on the boats website http://www.whatswild.ie by 10/4/2010, if you or any of the crew are interested let me know, so i will be seeing you real soon for a yearly service.
Finally thanks a million again for the great service that i recieved from Redbay Boats, you made the summer of 2009 for me.

    Regards

    Greig Sweeney
